What to expect when you see a Financial Planner

Professional Financial Planners use a six-step process that will help you to work out where you are now, what you may need in the future and what you must do to reach your goals.

Step four	- Preparing your financial plan
Step five	- Implementing your financial plan
Step six	- Reviewing your financial plan

What information will you need when you meet with a Financial Planner?

Your Financial Planner will ask about you - where you are now, your expectations, how you would like to live your life.

Don’t be surprised when your Financial Planner asks for detailed personal information. This is all part of pulling your financial plan together. You will be asked for things like:

• Age

• Current personal income

• Family income

• Future income

• Day-to day expenses

• Your family circumstances

Information
